3: Maintain the property and collect rent

It is standard practice that tenants pay
the agreed rental one month in advance. The gross
rent is paid by direct debit into the WPM client
account.
•
The agreed management fee and any agreed maintenance
charges will then be deducted and the balance
transferred into the clients designated account.
•
The client will receive confirmation of payment
in the form of a monthly statement sent via post
and email.
•
In addition the client will be provided access
to our Internet Management System. This system
provides the client with real time access to all
information about their portfolio and includes
a property activity log book and monthly financial
transaction statement. This information is updated
daily.
•
WPM can handle any ongoing maintenance to the
property to ensure that the asset remains protected
at all times.
•
The WPM maintenance service includes 24 hour call
out that ensures rapid responses to any emergency.
