PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEES

The Property Management Fee is based on a percentage of monthly rent collected.

The management fee is fixed at 10% (excluding VAT). For the avoidance of doubt the fee is not payable during rental void periods.

What is included

• Preparation of Rental Valuation Report.
• Viewings, tenant screening and preparation of tenancy agreement.
• Day to day property maintenance.
• Access to Internet Management System.
• Dedicated Account Manager
• 24 hour call out service.
• Local contact representative (where available).

What is excluded

‣ Insurance.
‣ Advertising costs (only where deemed appropriate).
‣ Any remedial works required. (Note that the costs of such works are passed on at cost and contractor invoices supplied).
‣ Cleaning.
