Stage
4: Handover property
•
Upon completion of works we undertake a
thorough inspection to ensure that the work is
completed to a satisfactory level.
•
A completion report will be issued to the client
including images of the finished product.
•
Finally we will arrange for a comprehensive cleaning
of the property to ensure that all remnants of
the building works are removed.
•
If required we will furnish the property and begin
the process of securing a tenant.
