PROJECT MANAGEMENT FEES

The Project Management Fee is based on a fixed
amount relative to the size of the property. Therefore
our fee is not linked to the cost of refurbishment
works and as such the fee does not increase as
the cost of works grow.
The management fee is made up of two elements.
A base fee of GBP250 plus GBP50 per bedroom (excluding
VAT). i.e. a two bedroom apartment equals GBP350
(excluding VAT).
Note that this fee is reduced to a base of GBP50
plus GBP25 per bedroom (excluding VAT) if works
are painting only. The fee is payable on completion
of all works.

Frequent site inspections and monitoring of project
works.

Weekly update report including images on website.
•
In-depth inspection on completion of works.
•
Completion report including images on website.
•
Thorough cleaning of the property.
What is excluded
‣
Cost of refurbishment works and materials works.
(Note that the costs of such works are passed
on at cost and contractor invoices supplied).
‣
Furnishing property.
