HOUSE FINDER FEES

House Finder fees are based on a fixed amount
relative to the size of the property. Therefore
our fee is not linked to the cost of purchase
and as such does not increase as the cost goes
up.
The House Finder fee is made up of two elements.
A base fee of GBP250 plus GBP50 per bedroom (excluding
VAT). i.e. a two bedroom apartment equals GBP350
(excluding VAT). Fees are payable upon completion
of all works.

Inspections of initial options.
•
Preparation of Initial Options Report including
images on website.
•
Second / third round of inspections where required.
•
Preparation of Short Listed Options Report including
images on website.
•
Project Management of purchase process.
•
Arrange of Survey.
•
Arrange of Insurance.
•
Thorough cleaning of the property.
What is excluded
‣
All related costs or purchasing the property.
‣
Project Management of any refurbishment works.
‣
Furnishing property.
